SO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO, IS PRESS THE "PRINT SCREEN SYSRQ" BUTTON AT THE TOP-RIGHT OF YOUR KEYBOARD, PROBABLY NEAR F12. THEN GO INTO WHATEVER PROGRAM YOU USE AND PASTE IT (CTRL+V)...AND THAT SHOULD WORK.
